Messaging Mixer needs to report character limit rejections to Interface and its own log #1104

Dev meeting: where does the limit come from? Is it a protocol issue? Would it be possible to validate this on the client side?

Revisiting this, is there a character limit? As far as I know, messaging mixer messages are multi-packet messages and their upper limit is extremely high because of this. So, are there character limit rejections for any reason or did I open this issue by mistake?
