EventBridge needs section in APIDocs #275

For example EventBridge.scriptEventReceived.connect is not listed anywhere directly, I had to look at scripts in my Interface to find this. The API docs should have a section regarding this and how to use it going both ways...

After thinking about it further, things like this should get their main description in the main documentation. e.g. a lot of the things necessary and helpful to bootstrapping your first application should be properly addressed in detail with verbage attached to guide you.
