Enhancement: Inspect tool ability to lock camera while moving avatar. #602

At the moment when you alt-click on space in the window, the moment you use your arrows or WASD camera snaps back into whatever mode it was in previously. While this might be desirable in many situations, there are plenty of times it is not. For example, if you wish to inspect your avatars head. Right now if I use inspect to focus on my avatars head, I cannot rotate my head or move my avatar to get a clear view. It's just locked until I use my arrows or WASD and then it snaps back to whatever mode I was in.

My preference would be the camera is locked until I press escape or another key, however I know some users may not like this, so perhaps either a setting (checkbox) allows this functionality, OR we have some sort of shortcut to enable it. Thoughts?

Having an inspect camera tools overlay may help with this as a toggle?

You can already press Esc to snap the camera back, so the change would be just to disable moving your avatar from snapping the camera back - so could either just remove snapping camera back with avatar movement or make it a configurable option.

I feel like perhaps this should be an checkbox option somewhere in the main menu.
