Other peoples snapshots being logged #637

When someone takes a snapshot it seems like everyone on the domain gets that snapshot as a log entry:

[08/22 23:35:23] [DEBUG] [hifi.scriptengine] [about:Entities 1] {"type":"snapshot","action":"shareSnapshotForUrl","data":"C:/Users/Steve/OneDrive/Desktop/vircadia-snap-by-Steve-Pruneau-on-2020-08-22_12-50-25.jpg"}

This would be considered a privacy issue by many users, as most users will use made up names and wouldn't like people knowing their real names (which might be displayed in a lot of these cases)

Also this needs much better logging. Where is this coming from? What script?
