Feature Request: ARM Linux builds #900

We have two volunteer testers: @Aitolda @JulianGro

If anyone wants to try and get ARM Linux builds rolling. :)

Thinking about it now, there is actually three different arm64 linux builds of Interface that would be interesting:

Normal build with normal OpenGL4.1/4.5 (for high end arm64 devices, like a RockPro64 with an nvidia gpu)
normal build with OpenGLES (for "normal" arm64 devices that do not support proper OpenGL, like every single one I know)
build with android UI and OpenGLES (for phones and tablets running systems like Ubuntu Touch)

Little status report: I got a server built on Manjaro. On Ubuntu 18.04 I am currently blocked by cmake freezing when trying to build the server. I don't see anything else blocking the way for Ubuntu 18.04 aarch64 server packages. I plan to do Debian Buster after that, as that is much more widely used.

Interface builds are a little trickier as they require webrtc which I haven't been able to build yet.
