Redesign the volume adjustment icon in the People menu. #159

A few people have remarked that the volume adjustment icon looks too similar to a cell reception icon. This PR redesigns the icon to closer resemble a volume knob instead (maybe?).

Similar to the old design, the new icon changes to represent the current volume value: image
