request for additional live/recorded Dutch channels #314

There is a website that appears to have working links to several Dutch TV 
channel feeds:
http://wwitv.com/television/148.htm

Some are included in XOT already, but I believe some may not be.  It would be 
great to have the missing ones included.

The general website http://wwitv.com/television/ may also have some other 
channels for other countries that could be included, too.

hmmm...I don't know how to change this from "Defect" to "Enhancement"...sorry!!
