BBC fix #379

The BBC plugin seems to be broken; it references Regexer, which is not imported 
and 'settings' which seems to have been renamed to 'addonsettings'.
So, 'import regexer' and renaming all 'settings' to 'addonsettings' makes it 
work again.

Damn, I missed this one because code analysis was not enabled for the BBC 
channel. It is now and I fixed it. An update will be on the way.
