Add www.kijk.nl : uitzendinggemist for Veronica/sbs6/net5 #409

In the netherland channels like veronica, sbs6 and net 5 have there 
"uitzendinggemist" on www.kijk.nl.
Sometimes they put the episode online before it starts.

Is there gonna be a plugin for this site?

It's done! However, it will be available in the new XOT-Uzg.v3.3.3 (to be 
release with Frodo Final release) and not in the 3.3.2. Because we have some 
breaking changes in 3.3.3 that make channels not work in a 3.3.2 version.

So have a bit of patience. Thanks anyways, for the tip on the site.
