Overview

pythOwO doesn't currently have String comparison functionality. This fixes that.

Adds comparison operator definitions to String
Resolves #6

hey, this works perfectly, thanks a lot for this. before I merge, could you please move the twest.py to a folder called something like unit tests and rename the file so it shows what component of code the test is for? thanks!
