Cannot See Icon #1

Hello, I added the chrome extension but when adding a comment I cannot see the canned response icon in jira service desk cloud. Any thoughts?

I'm having the same issue. This is with Jira Service Management in the Cloud. Chrome version 89.0.4389.90 I'm guessing, since there hasn't been a reply to mjglide4's initial opening of this topic, that there will likely not be a response, but one would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Apologies I must have missed the first comment. Its been a while since I created this but I believe it looks at the url format and tries to match it to https://github.com/viren140290/jira-canned-responses/blob/master/src/contentScript.js#L10.
