Proposal for volunteer roles at Virgo #16

I started a roles document for some initial proposed roles for Virgo. Looking for feedback and discussion. I know some of these roles are not needed immediately, but I thought I'd just list everything that people have been discussion and sort out priorities later.

Looks good. Does a Product Manager make sense?

For example, if we can work with the BlueSky team having a product manager could be helpful. Also for other software based projects outside of building social networks.
