Future extension: Privileges #45

Allow members above certain privileges to create events to cater more to their timezone or create additional events at more popular timings?

This would basically create a group of officers, or whatever you want to call them. Privileges to create runs is one thing, allowing these members to handle dropped items and actually running events is another, potentially. I don’t really know how things are when Drew doesn’t organize events. Giev input pls Droow.

I got a handful of trusted people, this is basically a replacement for my notepad file on who i give stuff to vend, or hand out AD/FCP to. I dont care if you want to do it or not. Could be useful if people want to host their own seals event or something.
