Get a custom domain and let it point to the heroku server #165

Expected behavior

How should it work (with the bug fixed or the feature implemented)? Buy the domain www.viroconweb.com and have it link to the heroku server. This site explains the process: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/custom-domains

Actual behavior

How does it currently work (with the bug causing problems or without the feature)? Currently, we don't have a custom domain.

To make this work, heroku needs to be verfied. To verify heroku one needs to enter a credit card. For some reason it does not accept my credit cards. One has been now stopped as VISA supposed fraud, the second one is not accepted either.

Done. We now have www.viroconweb.com. Additionally, the heroku domain redirects to www.viroconweb.com and viroconweb.com (without www) redirects to www.viroconweb.com.
