Expected behavior

How should it work (with the bug fixed or the feature implemented)? I am trying to install viroconweb, following the instructions here in GitHub. I have Python 3.10. The installation failed

Thanks for reporting the bug @chstefanakos! Unfortunately, we do not maintain viroconweb anymore. We do, however, maintain the underlying package for the statistical models and contours, virocon. It's an importable Python package that you can install with pip.

Is virocon an alternative for you or do you require the user interface of viroconweb?
