Bundle the compute package as an installable #47

The compute package should be installable(e.g. using pip), (and possibly in a standalone repo).

https://packaging.python.org/tutorials/distributing-packages/ contains the information needed to package the compute part. This should be done once the software is considered finished, as it seems to be easier to develop while compute is still included here.

The compute package was renamed to viroconcom. It is available as an installable package at https://github.com/ahaselsteiner/viroconcom.
