Thanks for pointing this out; we've identified that this is indeed a bug and are working on a fix.
We've fixed this issue for our next release, and I confirm this model loads correctly now (see attached). Thanks.

This GLTF model causes a GPU memory issue while working easily on babylonjs and iOS.
