Moved Scrolling function into D-Pad #1

Created a "bossKey" variable to change the activation key, I will add a handler to this later on. Using a function to long press to activate the service Merged scroll into D-pad, because most of the remotes have lesser keys. (Scroll mode can be activated/deactivated by pressing bosskey. Added a mouse pointer. and appicon and banner.

Merging this code with backwards compatible logic (so that users with full remote don't need to bother/fiddle with side-effects / unnecessary settings)

Making your cursor image as the default I believe you generated the app icons and mouse cursor photo. Please let me know if there needs to be some other acknowledgement for the pictures as well
