test: add beaker bare metal os replace test #199

This PR adds os replace test on bare metal server from beaker. It covered bootc install for bare metal server scenario. This PR only support standard partition. Will support LVM later.

Failure is not caused by this PR. It might be related with https://github.com/containers/bootc/pull/447#issuecomment-2021677886
