change system prompts to 3rd person #12

Right now the system prompts for the assistants are written in the 1st person. Maybe that's just me, but I personally find this a little confusing from a user persective. I wouldn't prompt referring to the bot as "I". I think an outside describtion would be easier to understand. Instead of

"I specialize in the art of persuasive writing, focusing on crafting clear and effective messages to support academic and marketing communications."

mybe something like

"This assistant specialzes in the art of persuasive writing, focusing on crafting clear and effective messages to support academic and marketing communications."

Alternatively:

"Ask me questions about..."

Got rid of first person prompts

I need people to check the prompts to see if they are ok like this and suggest changes etc
