Cant get my money #5

What is going on I tyed for 4 hours and still cant get it it cant read my key i get a erow code I have been on virta Pay sence 2010 Help

same here!!! I have 5600$ VP now its been hard to transfer only that i used vc for windows app

import key should show up click on file scroll down to receiving addresses you will see import vc key but the funds will not show because we are still in testing as long as it shows up in your receiving addresses its locked in and all ok to track the funds.

Sorry all I get is an error code with my key and that other thing they four years for logging for this Im not getting the help either
