It seems that the current snpguest tool will fail to execute as expected without the option when requesting the certificate authority chain (ARK & ASK) from the KDS.

Hi, I think it has nothing to do with the issue described in #66. When I was testing attestation, I found that the README.md document was incomplete in introducing the ''fetch ca" command, probably because it had not been updated.
