What seems to be the problem?

What is the exact smali/baksmali command that you ran?
Im using xultimate v2.4.2

What version of smali/baksmali are you using? What rom are you working
from?
2.0.3
What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?

etc.

I suspect that it can't find .\jar\com.motorola.android.mirrorservice.jar ;)

Make sure that file is available in the directory specified via the -d option.
