make-driver: Add new --flavor option to publish RHEL drivers #13

qemupciserial exists in two separate versions, one for Fedora, one for RHEL. It is useful to be able to consume and publish the RHEL flavor. This commit adds a new command line option to accomplish that.

Regarding the split, is it a permanent thing or will they say unify in the next RHEL cycle?

It depends on the resolution of what we believe is a Windows bug, which prompted us to do the split. We're working on it with Microsoft support as we speak. If we find a workaround or Windows is fixed, we may be able to unify. Thank you!
