Enable kabocha parachain to be governed via Krievo #418

Kabocha is a radically simplified substrate network with an intitial distribution based on edgeware.

The network is fully diluted (69m tokens).

Propose existing governance and pallets are removed to enable governance to happen via krievo community.

Governance to also include oversight of NFT reserve account - Kabocha sovereign account on Kusama.

Krievo collectives mint cultural collateral to this reserve in an escrow manner. Collectives receive dUSD grant in return. Assets locked when project is completed. Assets need to remain locked to unlock more funding.

As the Kabocha parachain is quite outdated and requires major changes to its code base, we would advice to re-genesis Kabocha with a brand new code base using a "satellite chain" template we will provide as part of our goal of enabling DAOs to seamlessly scale to their own chain when needed. Satellite chains will by default be governed from Kreivo and include all basic functionality like assets, nfts, contracts, etc.

Approach is great @olanod. Is this something we can move to Virto governance?

Satellite chains will by default be governed from Kreivo and include all basic functionality like assets, nfts, contracts, etc.

On this, where is the minting of assets/NFTs happening - on Krievo or kAH? Or on the kabocha satellite chain?

In terms of infrastructure and maintenance what does a satellite chain mean in practice? are collators required etc

Is there anything else to read related to how you’re defining / structuring satellite chains?
