Issue

A Single radio button is mapped to Q5 to Q7 thus effectively allowing to select any one option out of all present in Q5 Q6 and Q7

Reproduction of the Issue

Go to the following link and go the Quiz subsection and select options from all Q5 Q6 and Q7

Expected Behavior

Three Pair of Radio buttons for each question, so all the questions can be individually answered
