Defect Description - If you choose T/F for Q5 and then you try to choose for Q7 and the response for Q5 automatically disappears.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Select T/F for Q5, select T/F for Q7. http://bsa-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp2/Quizzes.html?domain=Civil%20Engineering&lab=Structural%20Analysis%20Lab

Expected Result : Both the responses should be recorded.

Actual results : Only 1 of them is recorded.
