quizzes are not proper. #209

Defect Description-In circular-dichronism-spectroscopy lab,there is quiz option and on going to that there are two types of quizzes.even if we not answer any question and submit,it is showing that your answer is wrong. Steps to reproduce issue =circular-dichronism-spectroscopy->post experiment quiz->click here-> or go through this link-https://cds-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp6/post_exp_quiz.php Expected result->It should show that you didn't answer all the questions or at least not display wrong answer for the question which we didn't even answer. Actual result-it is showing wrong answer for the questions which we didn't even answer. Screeenshot- 3rd from 2019-03-16 20-51-53
