Quizzes are not proper #211

Defect Description->In circular-dichronism-spectroscopy-iiith,there is quiz section and inside that there is 'Click here' link under Pre-experiment Quiz section.Even if we not fill any answer,it is showing on submitting that your answer is wrong. Steps to reproduce the issue-go through link link- https://cds-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp6/pre_exp_quiz.php Expected result-Should show some error that u didn't answer the question or any other. Actual result-It is showing that your answer is wrong. Screenshot- 5th from 2019-03-16 21-08-32
