Transformations: Translation_Quiz #174

Defect description:

Incorrect results on the Quiz page

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to the experiment Transformations: Translation
  2. Click on Quizzes
  3. Fill option A in Q4 and submit

Expected result:

It says Q2 has been marked correctly when Q2 was not marked at all

Actual result:

The prompt should say Q4 was answered correctly by the user
