Broken Link for development of Virtual Labs in the FAQ page #121

Defect Description: The link to the development of Virtual Lab of Computer Organization found in the FAQ section of the homepage is broken.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to the Home page of Computer Organization Lab
  2. Click on FAQ page
  3. Go to the "How does one contribute to Virtual Labs?" section
  4. Click on the "VLABS DEV" link given

Expected Result: Clicking on it should take you to the Virtual Labs development page in the FAQ section of Computer Organization Lab

Actual result: Clicking on the link results in an error stating "Page not Found". The page does not exist or the link for the Virtual Labs Development is broken.

Given link is improper, the actual link for the dev pages is http://dev.vlabs.ac.in/ Please update the correct link
