Defect Description:(Actually an extra feature that can be added) On decreasing the window size, the navigation bar options change into icons. But when the user hovers over it, the icons doesn't display the name of what it signifies. So some of the users may not understand what does it those icons signify.

Steps of reproduce: Click on http://cse02-iiith.vlabs.ac.i n/ Then click on Functions->Now decrease the window size and observe the icons.

Expected Result: On hovering, something related to the icon should get displayed for user's ease.
