Defect description : Quiz section isn't an HTML form element although it has options with radio list items

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open http://cse29-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp6/index.php?section=Quizzes
  2. Fill Answers

Expected result : Evaluation of submissions

Actual result : Unresponsive
