Defect Description:
The page takes longer than usual to load completely even on a fast working network, anf after the page is loaded completely, there is unnecessary blueness on top on scrolling
Reproduce Defect:
Computer-Graphics-Lab-> wait for the page to load completely
Expected:
no scrolling to be allowed over the header of the wepage
Actual output:
scrolling is allowed over the header of the page, and unnecessary blueness is there on teh page
