Hovering not done right #152

Defect description : Hovering on Feedback tab will give dark blue background to the tab with improper margin. Steps to reproduce the issue : 1) Go to vlabs Homepage. 2) Click on Computer Science and Engineering. 3) Click on Cryptography Lab. 4) Hover mouse on feedback option. Expected result : The tab after hovering should lie within margin as shown in the pic. Actual result : Tab going out of border. Fixed 3cef56fbf77478a1816c933f425e128f796b89f3 and 1a0bbfe05a0d6825b7ca73afb98649a3aabcc4a3
