Defect description: Some questions of the quiz have radio buttons to choose an option (but no submit button). Others don't. No uniformity.

Steps to reproduce the issue: List of Experiments Digital signature schemes Quizzes

Expected result: The questions with radio button options to choose from must have a submit button.

Actual result: No submit button.
