Defect Description: Simulation not opening in certain cases
Steps to reproduce: Open this link http://cse01-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp1/Simulation.html?domain=Computer%20Science&lab=Data%20Structures
Now, click on roman systems link--it will open.
Now, without closing the old window, click on it again. Nothing happens. If you right click and try using open in a new tab option, than instead of getting redirected to the simulation, you get redirected to the same page.
Browser Used: firefox
Expected result: The simulation window should open again. An even if it doesn't it shouldn't get redirected to the same link again. Also, if it is not opening, there should be an alert stating that we can open only one simulation window
