Defect description:

Unpredictable behaviour of buttons - randomly disappear

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to the experiment Expression Tree
  2. Go to Simulation
  3. Try out various expressions in Inorder, Preorder, and Postorder

Expected result:

The buttons should remain intact throughout the simulations

Actual result:

Buttons disappear randomly and do not reset even upon pressing 'clear'. As has been shown in the screenshots, the option for Inorder and Preorder disappeared.
