Defect description: Clicking on community results in a dead link

Steps to reproduce the issue: Go to the Home page of Data Structures Lab Click on Community

Expected Result: Clicking on it should take you to the community page of data structures lab

Actual result: Clicking on the link results in a site can't be reached error
