Latches and Flip-Flops experiment not opening #190

Defect Description: The experiment for latches and flipflops does not open. it does not work

Steps to reproduce this issue:

  1. Go to Latches and Flip-Flops experiment in the Digital Logic Lab.
  2. Go to the experiment section and click on the Experiment.

Expected Result: Experiment opening

Actual Result Experiment doesn't open.Either there is a plugin issue or link issue.
