Issue: 'pre-requsites' link on answer of Q8 redirects to a page not found.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to http://cse15-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/faq.html.
Scroll Down to Q8.
Click on pre-requisites.

Expected result: A page with the information about how to download, install and use the software required to use the labs.

Actual result: Page not found.
