Issue: VLABS DEV link on Q20 broken

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to http://cse15-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/faq.html.
  2. Scroll Down to Q20.
  3. Click on VLABS DEV

Expected result: Main portal for Virtual Labs Development should open.

Actual result: Page not found.
