Defect Description: Missing checkbox for true/false.

Steps to reproduce: Click here http://eerc03-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/ Go to List of experiments->Orifices experiment->Quizzes

Expected Result: The true/false checkbox should appear.

Actual result: No true/false option for the user to attempt.
