Defect Description: Instructions are not fully visible due to absence of scrollbar.
Steps to reproduce the issue: Select the simulation section in the "Effects of Excimer and Exciplex Formations on Fluorescence Emission" section.
Expected Result: Scrollbar should be present so that text is fully visible.
Actual Result: Text is cutoff.
