Defect Description: Despite there being a scrollbar, the entire instruction content is not visible in windows.
Steps to reproduce the issue: Select the simulation section in the Molecular Fluorescence Spectroscopy section.
Expected Result: Entire instruction contents should be visible.
Actual Result: Text is cutoff.
