Defect Description:
When you hover on the menu bar it shows the color of the option as blue. When we are in that selection it shows blue. It remains blue but as soon as we clickanywhere in the page it is no longer highlighted in menu.
Expected Result:
The option either remains highlighted even on clicking anywhere OR the option does not sat highlighted on removing the cursor from over it.
Actual Result:
The option remains highlighted.
Only on clicking anywhere in the screen the blue background disappears.

Steps to reproduce: Click here http://nlp-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/ Click on anything in top menu (say Target Audience).
