Defect Description: Does not highlight Introduction Tab.

Steps to reproduce the issue: Go to Natural Language Processing Lab. See navigation bar.

Expected Result: It highlights the tab we are currently on. So similarly it should highlight Introduction Tab when it opens the page as it shows introduction part.

Actual Result: Does not highlight Introduction Tab. Screenshot from 2019-03-15 21-28-27
