Broken link for the vlabs home page (image link)

Defect Description: In the home page of the pattern recognition lab when clicked on the image link of vlabs in the top left corner of the page it gives a message of website not found.

Steps to reproduce the issue: Enter the home page in pattern recognition lab. Click on the vlabs image in the top left corner of the page.

Expected result: Clicking on the vlabs image it should redirect to the home page of vlabs.
