broken link for partners, contact, all-labs on the top right corner #127

Defect description: The partners button, contact button, all_labs button on the menu bar on the top right doesn't take you to the respective page of the virtual lab. Steps to reproduce the issue : Go to http://cse20-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/ Click on contact/partners/all_labs. Expected result : Should take you to the respective page. Actual result : Gives you a page not found message.
