Defect Description: There is an unnecessary matrix present in the question 4.

Actual Result: There seems to be a matrix in question which is out of place and unnecessary as the question does not mention or require the matrix. The matrix seems to be the one already present in question 3.

Desired Result: No matrix is required for the question.
